HOPE LYNES

Hope Lynes presents Monday-Thursday on the Kerrang! Radio evening show, formerly on weekends since February 2023.

In 2024, she launched her own digital platform 'Punk Princesses' advocating women's representation in alternative rock. 

In 2024, Hope attended Download Festival with Kerrang! Radio, hosting an OB from the festival and a station special. In 2023, she attended Bloodstock, Download Festival and the Heavy Music Awards, providing press coverage.

Hope graduated from her MA in Radio, Audio and Podcasting with Distinction, and her BA in English Literature with 2:1.

With further experience in social media management for an arts organisation, programming for a community radio station, and management within The Student Music Network, Hope is a multi-skilled radio professional spanning presenting, programming and production. 

Hope currently lives in Liverpool, having spent her University years in Newcastle. Hope volunteers with Safe Gigs For Women, Loud Women, and works as a sales assistant in a record store.
